A vacancy has arisen for a Business Banking Consultant to work in Chelmsford for one of the most respected and long established names in the banking sector. The position will involve assisting in the management and development of customer relationships, recommending and implementing financial solutions and activities in order to meet agreed regulated performance and income levels, whilst ensuring that acceptable compliance standards are maintained. Undertaking customer, business and professional activities and supporting the team in the achievement of solutions and income levels for regulated products, maximising business opportunities in order to produce the required levels of compliant and profitable solutions. Developing positive business relationships with business teams to ensure that Business Plans and action plans are agreed and implemented and that they are geared to the improvement of the quality and quantity of regulated solutions and the achievement of key income levels. Ensuring compliance with the bank's books of instructions, procedures, guidelines and reporting requirements as well as any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

The prospective applicant must hold the full FPC or equivalent or along with CAS Status. It is essential to have Financial Services Consultancy experience and have excellent product knowledge and have the ability to provide advice to small businesses.

Salary £25k to £40k plus banking benefits OTE £60k
